Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 work days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Domestic (within Singapore): Estimated delivery time is 2-5 work days.
• International: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We carefully pack each item and strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping for added security. If tracked shipping is not selected, we cannot take responsibility for lost mail.
